Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-04

Template — adjust to your entity and jurisdiction before launch.

1. The service

Framejet provides an HTTP API that renders screenshots of publicly reachable web pages. You get an API key with a monthly usage quota tied to your plan.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Framejet to: capture content you are not authorised to access; circumvent authentication, paywalls or access controls; conduct denial-of-service or high-volume scraping that harms a target site; capture unlawful content, including CSAM; or resell raw Framejet capacity as a competing screenshot API.

3. Quota and billing

Free plans stop serving when the monthly quota is reached. Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller of record on your invoice; they collect and remit any applicable sales tax or VAT. Plans are billed in advance and renew monthly until cancelled. Failed captures caused by our infrastructure do not consume quota. No refunds for partial months.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee on Free or Starter plans. We may rate-limit or suspend keys that threaten platform stability.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your data is deleted within 30 days.
